International Shipping Policy (to China)

配送方法 / Shipping Method:
日本郵便（Japan Post）を使用します。
We use Japan Post EMS or International ePacket for shipping.

追跡番号 / Tracking:
発送後、追跡番号をメールでお知らせいたします。
Tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

関税・輸入税について / Customs & Import Duties:
中国の税関規定により、商品受取時に輸入関税が課される場合があります。
これらの費用はお客様のご負担となります。
税関審査により配送が遅れることがあります。
Import duties or taxes may apply upon arrival in China. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs inspection may cause delays.

住所情報の正確性 / Shipping Address:
入力された住所に誤りがある場合、配送遅延または返送となる可能性があります。
再発送時の送料はお客様負担となります。
Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

配送中の事故・遅延 / Shipping Issues:
国際配送の特性上、遅延や紛失の可能性があります。
補償付き発送方法をご希望の場合は、事前にご連絡ください。
